I am a doctorate prepared Human Service Practitioner/Entrepreneur.  I strategically help YOU move from the present to the future by focusing on value, vision, and innovation to express and create the future YOU want:

  • through intentional organizing and capacity building initiatives and campaigns in online and offline environments
  • teaching cultural competency via group facilitation
  • team and organizational in-service training for a more culturally competent staff of the group facilitation process
  • tailored made innovative intervention and prevention tools
  • development of regulatory compliant online communities, curricuulm, and techniques using mobile apps
  • offering research, writing and editing of grant proposals

My life's work is centered intentional organizing and program development that removes the barriers associated with affirming human social value. I have found great success in the development of measurable and sustainable programs after the flood caused by Hurricane Floyd.  The flood forged our community from "Devastation to Development" with a collaboration of leadership to effectively address the needs of an emotionally devastated community.

My love for community led me to explore the lithany of questions I had associated with why so many were disenfranchised, injured, impoverished, and suffering with retreatism and little resiliency for hope.  For the next decade, I pledged to inform direct practice through indirect services to reach the masses.
Innovative theory and practice led me to combine the enjoyment of leadership, teaching, research, practice, and entrepreneurship to help others become and develop strong online communities and curriculum to reach the masses.  i-Mobile Group Facilitation promotes the use of technology to remove barriers associated with access, education, and support  for individuals to receive care mobile anytime, anywhere.

My most recent success through dissertation helped to debunk the myths associated with online social support as a nonhumanistic approach. This qualitative research extends value to the online social support theory for new theory in mobile social support.
